Murphys Pond is a federal commercial fishing harbour managed by Harbour Authority of Port Hood through a lease agreement with Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

General Rules

• Posted signs and harbour rules must be strictly adhered to.
• All persons may enter property at their own risk.
• Commercial and recreational use requires approval from the Harbour Authority.
• Commercial and recreational user fees apply.
• No events permitted without Harbour Authority and Small Craft Harbour approval.
• Responsible environmental practices are required.
• Accidents and safety issues must be reported to the Harbour Authority immediately.
• Failure to abide by Harbour Authority rules could result in harbour access/services being denied and/or court action.
• On-Site camping is prohibited.
